LMS duplicates songs from playlists when I play albums

I've been using LMS for years but this is a new problem for me and I'm stumped. I've noticed recently that wen playing an album that some of the songs are duplicated.

Song A
Song B
Song B
Song C


Checking my music folder the album track list is correct. I thought something was corrupted in the scan so I did a complete rescan of the library but that did not fix the problem. After some investigation I found the problem. Now I need a solution. The problem is that LMS plays the album and any adds any songs from that album that might be part of a playlist.

I have hunted in the LMS advanced settings for a fix but can't find it.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
