Something going wrong...

I've been running my system for 2 or 3 weeks & it seemed to be OK.
However, yesterday the comms between my players & LMS seemed to stop, overnight.
My Router can see all of my players but LMS can only see itself & its PCP. None of the players can connect with LMS, despite the network comms appearing to be fine.
I've rebooted LMS & the router, but no joy.
Any ideas please?
