Help please LMS stopped working

As the title says, yesterday LMS stopped playing any music be it locally or remotely.

So far I've restarted the router, forced it to assign new IP addresses as at one point I thought it might be an IP conflict.

Restarted and reinstalled LMS 7.9.

Restarted all Picore/berry players.

Likewise Touch/Boom & Radios.

I've also tried disconeecting them all and trying one at a time.

All with no joy, The internet and network is working fine with Plex/Emby etc and streaming is fine.

I get these error messages

I wonder if something in the routers or Norton AV's fire wall has taken umbrage to LMS? I've tried disabling Nortons firewall with no joy. As far as I know nothing has changed in the routers config.

The local error message is that the music file can't be found/ Music files and LMS are on the same machine.

The setup is

Windows 10
LMS 7.9.4 - 1603273368
Router Draytek 2862
Norton AV

I've tried what little I know, any help would be appreciated.

PS whatever it is line 1114 seems to be the culprit - I just don't know what it means...
