I am moving my setup from 32bit to 64bit Raspbian and therefore have to setup everything new. I read about the option to export server.prefs settings but I am hesitant to just copy the whole file. I would rather just export the settings for my players on the old machine and then import them (copy those lines into server.prefs). If such a thing is not yet availlable I would strongly suggest it. Also, I was wondering if my player settings should not synchronize with mysqueezebox.com so I can just connect both accounts with it and then when the player is connected to the new server and this server is connected to mysqueezebox.com it will just download the settings. Apparently, this does not work. It would also be usefully to push all plugins(settings) to mysqueezebox.com so they would be easily availlable for a new server.
EDIT: I just recognised the clients are marked by MAC addresses. Maybe it's not a problem to just copy those parts and insert them into the new server.prefs. However, I guess an option to export settings for a certain player from the GUI would be nice to avoid confusion.
