Help Needed With SoundCloud Plugin

Can anyone who has the SoundCloud plugin running on LMS please help me with how they did it?

I need to provide an API key but I'm finding the API guide on the SoundCloud site to be unintelligible to me and seems aimed at developers:

Can anyone that's got one advise on how they got their API key?
