For whatever reason LMS can't find the media scanner module. This is
required to scan videos and photos. If you're using music only, this
should have no impact. I'd recommend you disable scanning for
videos/photos in the basic settings (checkbox next to the media folders).
FWIW: in 8.3 I've removed the media scanning feature as it was hardly
maintained.
