All screwed up settings LMS and myscqueezebox

I'm not sure whether this is the right forum or whether I should be in a Squeezebox forum. I chose this. Here goes:

My setup is RasberryPi with PiCore Player. and LMS. For a remote I use an old Squeezebox Duet remote.
I mostly play Pandora, Qobuz, and some FM radio stations, which I saved to and access from Favorites.

Recently I am noticing strangeness...

On my remote:

- It will say it is unable to connect to Qobuz but then the music plays
- When I select Pandora it tells me "The player is already connected to another Squeezebox account." For more on this read on to "Background information" following.

The Favorites tab on the remote shows six or seven favorites. I wanted to delete one or two but cannot. A search on how to do this said go to the mysqueezebox.com site to delete favorites there.

Strangeness on my mysqueezebox.com page:
- There are no favorites displayed on the Favorites tab on my mysqueezebox.com site. So I cannot delete any.

Setting aside the remote, I accessed LMS from a laptop and pCP.

More strangeness there at the LMS webpage interface:
- Under "My Apps" neither Qobuz or Pandora is listed. Only "Apps Gallery" is listed. Clicking on it takes me to the Apps Gallery page of mysqueezebox.com. So I am not able to play Qobuz from this interface.

Background information -- A year or so ago I got frustrated and made up a new mysqueezebox.com account. So I seem to have two accounts, the old one and the new one. I am unable to log into the new one. I never should have created it. I can only log into the mysqueezebox.com using the old credentials. However on the mysqueezebox.com site at My Apps > Pandora it shows the newer account names under Account Settings and Player Settings. But clicking on Account Settings (next to Log In, upper right) it shows that the email address is the older one.

Furthermore, the e-mail associated with my "new" mysqueezebox.com account -- an @gmail.com address -- is not recognized by Google. So even if I were able to tell mysqueezebox.com that I forgot my password for this account, I wouldn't be able to access the corresponding e-mail. I'm not sure How I screwed up this gmail address but I did. What a mess I've made of it.

If you have waded through this narrative, I am grateful to you. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Many thanks.
