Is 8.3.0 stable version of LMS ?

Hi,

I am wondering whether 8.3 version of LMS is stable for usage ? If not, when it is going to be ?

I know that we can downloaded it and use it but I would prefer officially closed version, which has been fully tested.

It has been more than one year since we had a stable 8.2 version....
