LMS + Squeezelite on same computer - workflow

Hey all

I have LMS and Squeezelite installed on a computer. A question I have is, how is local music played? Does it actually go through my router with LMS "sending" it there (first) and then routed to my Squeezelite player which also happens to be on the same computer?
