SQBX Server Playlists Empty after MEdiaMonkey

Hello:
I am using Version: 7.5.5 - r32671 of SQBX Server on a WHS Box.

I was using WMP to manage all the playlists, and everything was fine. I wanted better library management, so I installed Mediamonkey. I saved each playlist in windows media player as a m3u playlist into the same folder as the original playlists:

\\MemoryPrime\Music\Playlists

I then deleted the wpl playlists, leaving only the m3u versions

I can play/manage/edit the new playlists via mediamonkey on the PC.

However, now none of the SQBX's can find any of the playlists (Duets/Touch).

I can navigate to the playlist folder in SQBX server webinterface by going to: Home / My Music / Music Folder / Playlist
and I can see all the playlists in the webinterface:

A test playlist.m3u
Amazon Music.m3u
AmazonTestPlaylist.m3u
Dance.m3u
DMB.m3u


BUT, when I click play, nothing happens...

If I Navigate to the Playlist Folder via:

HOME / Playlist

there is nothing there at all, none of the playlists are appearing.

If I set the server to rescan, it says it scans all 21 playlists that are there, and counts them down,

Playlist Scan (21 of 21) Complete 00:03:19


But nothing shows up on the server.

I don't know anything about m3u playlists, but the syntax seems correct:

What is mediamonkey doing wrong? why can't i find any of the playlists when converting to m3u?

ADDENDUM:

I shut down the WHS v1, restarted everything, and still the playlists are empty. The SCANNER log file shows: (Some songs are missing, but others are not)
