Hi all,
I got on the squeezebox hardware late, got a duet from ebay last week.
I have got eh following set up:
Squeezebox duet
Readynas Duo (SPARC)
BT broadband with Home hub 4 using a gigabit switch
I have managed to connect my Duet up to my amp and gigabit switch using Ethernet and Coax, the Remote is connected using WIFI.
I installed Squeezecenter from the logitech website by following the 3 steps cleansqueeze then install squeezecenter then clean squeeze again.
During install of squeezecenter on readynas the NAS froze overnight so i had to pull the plug the next morning, but the install looked like it worked so i carried on.
I have registered an account on mysqueezebox and used that to log into to squeezecenter on readynas. The remote found the reciever and my NAS drive with no real issue.
I then used the NAS drive config to point to my Music Folder and it started to scan.
Its added about 300 files of around 12k that it found...
I then tried to do a new scan but only for new items, it didnt do anything, then i did a clear and scan and the same files are found no more..
Im a bit stuck now as to what to try to do? Any ideas?
