How to increase font size in web interface?

Hi, I'm new to this whole thing . . . I use an iPad and an Android to control my squeezeserver. I know I could use iPeng and other software, but I use the web interface/skin as part of a custom iRUle remote control setup and could really use a way to increase the font size since I have rather large fingers.

Can I change the font tags using a web design application?
