I just put a bunch of CD's into iTunes doing what I always do - imported using the WAV encoder, made a AAC copy of each track (which I unchecked) and rescanned with LMS to capture the changes. All my existing tracks are shown correctly in LMS with only the WAV files listed (checked in iTunes), but the new tracks I just imported are listed twice (WAV & AAC). I have cleared the cache and preferences, done a complete rescan several times and even done a clean install of LMS 7.3.3 - but nothing fixes the problem. Is there now a mismatch between LMS 7.3.3 and iTunes 11.0.5.5 that does not recognize unchecked songs any more :confused:
