Sorry - am at my wits end with this...
I have a SB Radio and a SB Duet. Both have been functioning fine for years but since Friday both are unable to connect to my LMS (runs on a Win 7 PC) - version is 7.7.3. My PC is wired into my router, and the players connect to it wirelessly.
I have tried a few things with no success:
Symptoms were: SB Radio and Duet could not see the LMS (although could play internet radio through mysqueezebox). When accessing the GUI through - Web Remote Control it can't see any players (although it is running).
I tried resetting to factory defaults on both devices. Then I reinstalled LMS but the devices now say "To enable 'My Music' download the Logitech media server application on to your PC..."
I have also tried turning the firewall off on the PC - but no joy.
I've had a few issues over the years but this one has me really stumped.
