LMS quit starting on startup and can't be started manually from the Control Panel. I've tried a lot of different stuff including LMS 7.7.2 and LMS 7.8.0. I've changed the properties so Control Panel runs with Admin privileges. I've tried without a firewall. I've tried to allow the program through the firewall. I'm frustrated.
The server log is uninformative:

The Diagnostics results are always the same and also not informative, at least to me: LMS ports 3483, 9000, and 9090 all failed, everything OK on mysqueezebox.com section, Possible software conflict given as a message at the bottom. Almost everything in the Control Panel is greyed out. For example, I cannot enter my account info.
I've searched through the running services to see if any use these ports, both while LMS is installed and when it is uninstalled without ever finding anything using these ports.
LMS appeared multiple times in the allow-disallow section of the Windows Firewall settings and all were set to 'allow'. I tried resetting the firewall to default settings. Nothing changed.
I tried to run the .exe files at an Admin command prompt and got the message 'Unknown windows version at Line 530 of Win32.pm' but when I looked at the Win32.pm file, it didn't have 530 lines. I also got 'mkdir E:\: Permission denied; The device is not ready at /<C:\Program Files (x86)......SqueezeSvr.exe>Slim/Utils/Prefs.pm line 1125. However, I don't know what these results mean.
Any ideas for what else to check? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
