Is there a way to skip albums or genres in a scan

I have a number of "Music Minus One" recordings for guitar practice. I want access to them in iTunes, but I'd rather not have them show up in LMS since I will NEVER want to access them from my players. Is there any way I can skip these albums when I do a library scan so that they do not show up?

I'm running LMS 7.8 on OSX 10.9
