Message "Plugin updates available"

Two possibilities:

- disable one 3rd party plugin after the other, restart, until the
message disappears. The last disabled would be the offender.

- go to Settings/Advanced/Logging and enable debugging for
server.plugins. Make sure the "keep settings on restart" box is checked
at the top. Restart LMS, check server.log
