After several attemps to fix a problem that occured yesterday, I am posting some detail, on Michael'l advise.
LMS runs on a TS-109 QNAP NAS. QNAP firmware level is 3.3.2 Build 0918T. LMS Version level is 7.7.2.
What happens is that even on new install of LMS, the first library scan works, I can play music on all devices that connect to LMS, but then, after restarting the NAS, LMS cannot find the files anymore, even though the database still thinks they are present.
here is an example of the type of error message I find in the server log.
0528: [14-02-20 17:28:24.1890] Slim::Formats::readTags (156) File missing: /share/Flac/AC-DC/High Voltage/01 - It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock 'n' Roll).flac
0527: [14-02-20 17:28:24.0760] Slim::Player::Song::new (101) Error: Could not find an object for [Slim::Schema::Track=HASH(0x3d4cfa0)]!
I have attached a more detailed log file, which shows an attempt with only one folder in the library (Bowie), and then another one with the full Monty (>20,000 files). In both cases, the scan works, music plays, but then the files seem to disappear from LMS, while they are still on the server (otherwise, I would not be able to re-scan...)
Any help would be appreciated !
