I currently have the squeeze server and music IP running on a single Windows 7 workstation. I have recently purchased a Netgear ReadyNAS DUO V2 and I understand I can install the server on this location. However I have read that MusicIP will nt work on the ARM chipset.
The question I have is, can I run the MusicIP scanner on the windows workstation and run the squeeze centre on the NAS? From my understanding the MusicIP scanner puts something in the music file meta data and it is this that the squeeze server interprets. Have I missed something?
