LMS web UI vs. ad blocker

Short version: ad blocker (and other) add-ons for your browser can
considerably slow down eg. album browsing in LMS. Configure your add-on
to ignore your LMS if possible.

Background: Working on LMS 7.9 I spent quite some time optimizing the
web UI's snappiness. But still sometimes I thought it could be snappier,
in particular as I expected eg. cover art to already be cached in the
browser. At some point I happened to use a different browser than what
I'm usually using. What a difference this made! Considering the on-going
battle for the fastest browser I couldn't imagine the performance
difference was in the browser itself (Chrome vs. Safari).

Thus I went down to profiling the page loading in the browser's dev
tools and discovered that quite some time was spent in an ad blocker
extension I have installed. Most likely it was checking every URL in the
page - which are lots when you let LMS display lots of albums with
cover. Fortunately it allows to white-list URLs. And voilà: browsing
albums is almost instant again.

The difference probably is most important in 7.9 as browsing is much
faster there anyway ;-)

Just fyi.
