Hello,
I have been using 7.6.2 with my home squeezeboxes for years.
Now my daughter has a new DLNA-capable amp/speaker box for her iPod (namely a Bose SoundTouch 20).
Thus I updated from 7.6.2 to 7.9 in order to gain the DLNA server feature of post-7.6 LMS.
The migration has gone fine, after firmware update, my squeezeboxes are again playing music from my Library.
But I seem to have a problem with DLNA.
The PC hosting LMS is our "family server", and as that, also runs Kerio Control, a firewall/router.
This PC has several network interfaces:
- 1: LAN to DSL modem
- 2: LAN to home LAN (the one to which are attached the sqb's and the Bose).
- 3: DMZ LAN
- 4: Kerio's own "VPN" interface.
For whatever reason, LMS's DLNA server seems to bind to (and only to) the last interface, while I would like it bound to (and only to) the 2nd.
I have come to this conclusion using Linn's Kinsky DLNA control point, which shows LMS only if I attach Kinsky to the "Kerio VPN" interface.
How can I change that?
Many thanks in advance,
Regards,
