Podcast Options

I probably know the answer to this question but are "Podcasts" and "TuneIn" the only apps to listen to podcasts on LMS?

I would like something that has a phone app as well, so I don't have to maintain two lists. The TuneIn app doesn't (seemingly) let you manually download podcasts and play offline later - this is basically the only feature I need in an app.
