tunein - advertising

It's the first time, that I'm bugged by advertising, which is not broadcasted by the selected radio stream (e.g. INDIE FRESH).
This only happens when listing @home. With the LMS@work it never happens. The ad is localized, I assume my location is used to determine the ad content.
Any idea how to eliminate this or is there another why listening to internet radio w/o using tunein?
