A well implemented app should show you all the menus you can find in LMS
or on the player. If they don't support getting the menu from the
server, then they will always be asking for trouble. You should either
get the app's author to implement LMS menus, or get a different app.
AFAIK OrangeSqueeze should handle those menus find.
