I have an amp (Primare SPA21) that needs some time to home in on a digital signal so the start of songs gets bitten off. I find a setting in media server to correct this but it does not do anything with flac playback. I had this problem for years and made software to create playlists with an added "silence.wav" added to the start of every album but I have lots of problems with playlists truning up empty with new versions of mediaserver because unc names are not recognized etc. etc.
Is there really no subtle way around this?
