LMS has to be reinstalled after every restart

I have been using LMS for years, originally with Squeezebox devices. Since they have given up the ghost, I now run LMS from my Windows desktop and stream to my net capable receiver. It had not been a problem, but the last few months the Squeezebox server will not connect after every time my desktop reboots. This means I need to uninstall and reinstall the program. I have checked the firewall and have made sure the apps are not blocked.

I am currently running Windows 10.
