I've come across an odd piece of behaviour when I have a subscription over telnet running (just "subscribe power,pause,play,mode") when using either of the "reliable" steaming modes in 8.2.1 and certain radio streams - I think where those streams have no duration. Basically, if you use "normal streaming", the subscription works fine. However, if you turn on either of the reliable streaming modes (which I use to fix jumping in qobuz), then for some radio streams, the subscription becomes unresponsive. Turning a player on or off might take 20 seconds or more to show up in the subscription feed, or it might not show up at all. Trying to .read from the port to see if there's anything to read seems to get stuck somehow as well - like it thinks there's something to read, but can't read it. This only occurs if I'm not using "normal streaming" and only on some radio stations or streams, and it seems to be where there's no duration, but I can't be sure on that.
I'm not sure at all how they're connected (is it subscription that's getting borked, or is this just a consequence of something else for example) but I wondered if anyone had any ideas?
