How to update LMS Docker on Synology NAS

Hello,

I'm currently running LMS 8.1.2 (stable) on a Synology NAS. I keep getting notified that there is a new version available and would like to upgrade. Are there any detailed instructions on how to do this without losing any configs, etc.

Also can you upgrade from the stable to latest tag or is that a no-no. It's just so I stop getting the update reminders.
