LMS 7.6.1 versus LMS 7.7.3

Hi all -

I've had LMS 7.6.1 running on my HP MediaSmart Server (EX485) for a few years now, but in doing some re-configuring of my server I realize that version 7.7.3 is available as an add-in. Is there a big difference between the two that would make it worthwhile to uninstall my old version and install the newer one?

I'm not the most expert with it all, so the potential for screwing something up always makes me a bit nervous.
