I've got LMS 7.8.0 installed on Arch Linux by using its AUR package. The problem I'm experiencing is that the initial full scan fails with the following entries in the scanner.log file:
[14-08-22 10:51:10.5482] main::main (329) Error: Failed when running main scan: [Modification of a read-only value attempted at /opt/logitechmediaserver/Slim/Formats.pm line 264.
]
[14-08-22 10:51:10.5496] main::main (330) Error: Skipping post-process & Not updating lastRescanTime!
It seems to correlate with memory consumption as cached memory grows and total memory used approaches maximum, in this case 2 GB. The system has no swap partition. The setup is quite new and there's not much else running on it.
The media directory is mounted using nfs.
What could be causing this? I've tried clearing the contents of the /opt/logitechmediaserver/cache directory to no avail.
